• Public Liability Insurance. covers injury or property damage caused to third parties during a job.

• Document submission via the driver dashboard.
• AI-assisted screening extracts policy details and flags anomalies.
• Manual review where documents are unclear or borderline.
• Expiry reminders sent in advance so cover never lapses.
• Re-verification at renewal. drivers upload the new policy to remain active.

Bidding is restricted while insurance is missing, expired or under review. Fraudulent documents result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform.
