Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses www.movewyse.com and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Be honest and lawful
Provide accurate information. Do not use the Platform for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, and do not post content that is false, defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, or that invades someone's privacy.
2. Respect other users
No harassment, threats, discrimination or abusive behaviour towards customers, drivers or our staff. Reviews must be genuine and based on real experience.
3. Don't misuse the Platform
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape data, upload malicious code, interfere with security measures (including the controls that protect contact details), or use the Platform to send spam.
4. No circumvention of the deposit
The deposit is how MoveWyse is paid. Do not use the Platform to identify a counterparty and then deliberately arrange that same job off-platform to avoid the deposit. Repeated or deliberate circumvention may lead to suspension or removal.
5. Reporting
Report content or behaviour that breaches this policy by submitting a ticket through our Help Centre, available from your account workspace.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, and suspend or close accounts, for breaches of this policy.
