Before a driver can place bids, we verify:

• Identity. name, date of birth, address and selfie checks.
• Driving licence. number validated and document reviewed.
• Vehicle. make, model, registration and category matching the services offered.
• Insurance. valid cover for the services being offered (see Insurance Requirements).

• Documents are reviewed using OCR and AI-assisted classification, then a human check where required.
• Expiry dates are tracked and drivers are reminded before cover lapses.
• Edge cases and ambiguous documents are escalated to a manual reviewer.
• Invalid, expired or fraudulent documents result in immediate restriction.

• Reviews are triggered by document anomalies, behavioural risk signals, customer reports or routine sampling.
• Outcomes include approval, request for further information, restriction, or account closure.
• Drivers can appeal a decision via the Account Review centre in their dashboard.

• Duplicate account detection across device, identity and payment signals.
• Continuous monitoring for suspicious bidding, messaging and payment patterns.
• In-app reporting tools so the community can flag concerns.
• Automated chat moderation to detect off-platform solicitation and abuse.

• Verified drivers only. no anonymous transport providers.
• Secure payments processed through the platform.
• Transparent reviews and ratings from real, completed jobs.
• Dispute handling via the Complaints & Disputes process.
